EZ Flash Omega producing Save write error

I just had this issue happen to me, have had the ez flash omega for about 6-10 months now never had a fault with it till now. I was playing it on the train ride this morning just fine. Shut off my gameboy packed it away now when I turn it on 95% of the gb gbc and gba library wont run producing the Save File error when booting up. Some games do work but very very few not much. I have rebooted so many times, removed the SD Card and re-inserted it and no luck.
