Need help reguarding the ez flash reform battery

Hi ! It's been approximately 5 months since I bought my ez flash reform and no surprise but the battery is already dead

Which one should I buy ? I don't have a very good English level (I'm french and 16) but how many volt must it be ? I never got very interested in that so I might not be using the right terms
