Strange Glitch With EZ Omega Definitive

So I have been using the original Everdrive GBA since it launched, and just recently upgraded my GBA to a Boxy Pixel Unhinged SP with the SP IPS screen.

While playing Boktai, there are several areas where the pixels are super bright, (sun spots to charge your solar gun), which never caused screen issues (sometimes bright whites can cause lingering ghosts not dissimilar to typical screen ghosting),

However, I just got the new EZ Omega Definitive...and suddenly any light or white pixel...
